HBL aims to employ a Service Quality Program Manager to plan and execute network-wide service projects with the support of the front-line experience team.
Develop Staff Award Programs, which include concepts, communication content, execution mechanics, supervision of stakeholders, timelines management, etc.
Develop Service Excellence Training and Monitoring i.e. work with the agency, Learning and Development for relevant content outline etc.
Work with the Analytics team to make the Programs a part of Service KPIs.
Leverage on reports and score cards to gather insights on customer experience issues, work scope, frontline gaps, environment, process, system, etc. and understand the challenges faced by Frontline staff while developing the programs and reporting on the progress.
Recommend measures to curtail audit objections related to customer experience programs (CSS, MSP, ISMs, HCRs, BSL)
Minimum Experience: 5 – 8 years of relevant experience
